Welcome to Phantasm Gaming’s Buy list Policy and How to Sell Guide

Our buy list system has a limit per every order. There is a limit of 250 line items per order. If you have more than 250 different cards, please submit another buylist.

Getting Started and Submitting your list

You must login to your account to start, if you do not have an account please use the “Register” feature to create an account. Once logged in, click on “Buylist” on the main top tab which enable you to start the buy list process. You will be redirected to the “Selling Mode.”

You can locate the specific item/items you would like to sell by using the product search bar located at the top of the Buylist Page. By using key phrases, such as the name of your product, you can generate a list that will only show products relevant to the name or phrase you entered.

You can also find the item by clicking on the appropriate category name. This will take you to the subcategory page where you can select the specific set or expansion for the item. From here you can scroll down the list to find the individual product you want to sell.

The current price, as well as the quantity we are willing to purchase, will be listed beside each item. Once you locate the product, simply enter the amount you wish to sell. Your cart will update automatically. The cart allows for a wide range of control with your order. You can update the quantity of a product you are selling in real time, remove a single product, clear your entire cart and/or submit your order without leaving the page.

We will receive a notice that a buy list was submitted. We will verify the contents, prices, and quantity and either approve it or make any necessary changes. Once we approve your buy list you will receive an approval email. Use the link provided in the email to complete the transaction by following the instructions and letting us know when you mail your buy list.

Shipping Your Items

Package your cards securely and in the exact order that they appear on your buylist confirmation email or receipt. We don't want your cards to be damaged during shipment, so please take the time to make sure your cards are well packaged and protected.

The safest way to ship cards is to put them inside a deck box or white card box and then into a shipping box or padded envelope.Do not send cards packaged in any of the following: Top Loaders (Hard Plastic), 9 Pocket Pages, or Card Albums.

Include a printout of your invoice in your package. We strongly recommend that you choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance such as USPS First Class Mail.

Payment

After you complete your list you will be asked to choose a method of payment for your order. When the package arrives, we will verify the items you sent in to make sure they are in the appropriate condition. We will then issue a payment based on the payment type you chose.

Payment methods options:

 

  • PayPal -When choosing PayPal, you will be asked to provide us with your PayPal email address. This email will be the account your payment is made to. Please note that our payment system does not recognize PayPal.me links. Payment will be subject to applicable PayPal fees (currently set by PayPal at 2.9% plus $0.30 USD of the amount you receive). You will receive less than the finalized total after PayPal fees.
  • Check - $1.00 Processing and Shipping Fee -Payments by check are made out to the name you provide at the time you place your buylist order. Be sure to use your full name and avoid pseudonyms and/or usernames. The address you provide during checkout will be the address we ship your payment to, so make sure it is accurate. Checks are shipped via USPS Letter Mail and generally arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of being shipped. If Checks are reported undelivered and/or lost. There will be a 90 day wait in order to resend a new one, also note a fee may apply.
  • Website/In-Store Credit - 10% BONUS on your Buylist on all non-bulk items. Store credit can be used on most of our single cards and supplies and may not be used for Sealed Product and various items. Store credit does not expire and is the quickest payment method.

 

Packing and Shipping

All orders must be postmarked within 5 days of the date the buy list was submitted. Failure to do so may result in an update to the order total based on current purchase prices or in your order being returned. We are not responsible for lost packages. If the package is delivered to us and appears damaged it will be marked as “Refused - Return To Sender” and returned back to you. If there is a “Postage Due” for the package then we will notify you via email and deduct the total due from your sell order.
You can ship multiple buy lists in the same package, but write each individual order number on the outside of the package/box. Ship the buy list to the following address:

Additional Policies:

  • You must have a account to be able to submit your order.
  • The MINIMUM amount for any sale MUST meet $15.00 unless requesting store credit as payment. In that case there is no minimum.
  • Buy list prices and quantities in demand are subject to change at any time, for any reason.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of items submitted as well as to refuse a sale at any time, for any reason.
  • We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives at our facility with obvious damage we will refuse delivery and you will be responsible for contacting the shipping company to file a claim.
  • Payments are issued within 1-2 business days after we complete your buy order.
  • Make sure to put your items in order exactly as specified in the buy list confirmation email you receive. Check that your items are in this correct order before shipping to us. Failure to do this or to follow any of the buy list guidelines below will result in a 20% deduction of your total sale amount.
  • Please do not send any damaged cards. If a card is received in anything less than NM condition a reduced price will be paid on the item in question based on the severity of the damage. Any card received in severely played and/or damaged condition will be disposed of and not returned to the sender as well as no money issued for the item.
  • All orders must arrive within 12 days of your buy list submition date or they will be subject to any price changes we may have made to our buy list.
  • For Yu-Gi-Oh! cards we do not accept cards that have the letters "A,E,OR AE next to the set number or any cards that have the Asian logo on the back of the card. 
  • We do not accept foreign cards. Only standard English cards
  • To sell bulk items, find the "Bulk" set listing in each game's section of the Buy List. All of the various options for selling bulk for that game will be listed. Please do not send bulk in played condition or non-English languages.

All cards in bulk orders must be counted and separated in stacks of one hundred or clearly marked as to its count.
All bulk must be English and Near Mint and separated accordingly to its rarity.
If these guidelines are not followed a 20% will be issued to the total.


How do I find my Order Status?
You can check that status of your order by going to My Account>Your Buy Orders. There will be a display page of the history of all Buy Orders and their Order status.


Status Meanings:
Awaiting Approval: You submitted a buy list which requires us to view and approve and/or make any changes to your Buy Order.

Awaiting Products: We approved your buy list and sent a confirmation email. You may follow the directions and ship out the buy list.

Products Received: We have verified that your package has arrived at our facility.

Grading: We are currently evaluating your order to verify its contents and conditions. If any problems are found, you may be contacted via email.

Complete: We have confirmed your order or you have accepted our counteroffer and have sent your payment.
